We are so excited to have you celebrate our wedding with us! We can't wait to make it official!

We will all be staying at Sandos Playacar Beach Resort in Playa Del Carmen, Riviera Maya, MEXICO! The resort is full of fun things to do!

Please RSVP on this website and also feel free to book your room and shuttle (to and from the resort) on here, too! One of the perks of booking your room on this website is that you can pay for it in installments (at your own pace) at affordable rates. If you decide to book your room through a different means, however, please let us know so that we can RSVP for you. Please note that anyone who uses a source other than this website for booking their room will have to pay an additional $25/person for each event (we will have 2 events) at the resort.

Remember to book your rooms ASAP before the resort gets booked up and room rates start increasing!

For our UK/European guests, please use Devina's American phone number to book your accommodation/RSVP on this website, as it does not accept European area codes (ask us/Stephen's mom if you do not already have it). No information will be sent to you via phone, and if there is, Devina will be sure to share it with you. Alternatively, you can message our travel agent, Destify, (by scrolling to the end of this page) if you prefer not to use Devina's American number to book your room on this website (they take up to 24-48 hours to respond).

Please be sure to arrange your shuttle pick-up from the airport, and then shuttle pick-up from the resort back to the airport, when your trip ends, with Destify. You can do so by entering your flight information on your dashboard, after you create an account on this website to book your room/RSVP. You do this by clicking on 'My Trips' and then 'My Transfers' after booking your room. Feel free to message Destify directly for help with this or to confirm your shuttle pickup (by scrolling to the end of this page).

The airport you will be flying to is Cancun International Airport.

We have booked our room on the family side (versus Adult only side) of the resort. Once you reserve a room, feel free to let us know and we will try to have everyone's rooms be within the same vicinity.

For our friends with babies, if you would like to arrange a cradle or playpen, please feel free to email the resort at econcierge.playacar@sandos.com, after booking.

Anyone with a child under 2 still needs to RSVP for them and will have to place a $150 room deposit for them, too but it will end up counting towards the total cost of the room rather than for the child, him/herself.

Destify does price matches, so if you find a room elsewhere for cheaper at Sandos, feel free to email a screenshot of that cheaper price within 24 hours of booking and Destify will match the price. You can email them at guestservices@destify.com.

At least 80% of our guests need to stay at the resort, per resort policy for our wedding, so please stay at the resort :). If anyone decides to stay at another resort, you'll have to pay for a $100 day pass to enter our resort for our wedding (don't stay at another resort lol).
